Eligibility Parents with young children aged from birth to 4 yrs who have early learning and developmental needs, especially clients who have limited or no access to resources or other children's services, have recently arrived in Australia and speak a language other than English, have language issues or a family history of illiteracy, learning difficulties and limited concentration, or Aboriginal and other cultural support needs
