    Role of the helper

If your Frontline staff sometimes have to deal with clients who have unrealistic expectations or mistake them for counsellors then this 1 day workshop is designed especially for them.

The Workshop will focus on developing communication skills to provide a quality service to clients. How to deal with the difficult situations that arise with clients from time to time including responding appropriately to angry or frustrated clients. Diffusing ‘sticky’ situations. Responding to clients who share their stories and knowing where the boundaries are. Finding appropriate Referral Pathways.

If you only send your Frontline staff to one training session this year, consider this one!
