This Effective Parenting Program is:
•For parents who are serious about making changes with an aim of improving the relationships the child has with the family and community.
•A 6 step program to support parents to develop strategies to deal with their child’s disruptive and challenging behaviours
•To develop different strategies to assist the child to develop skills to manage their own behaviours.
•To explore the issue of food additives, sleep and supplements that have an impact on children behaviours.

When: Tuesdays 9:15am - 11:45am February 9th – March 30th inclusive
